Located off Harbor View Road in James Island, the subdivision of Stiles Point Plantation features 200 homes ranging in size from around 2,400 to more than 3,100 square feet. Most of the community’s custom-built homes were built in the 1970’s to the 1990’s, though new homes are still being constructed within the community. Built from wood, brick or cement plank, the homes include floor plans ranging from three to five bedrooms. Residents of the Stiles Point Plantation subdivision enjoy use of a number of community amenities. Among these is a five acre park featuring a basketball court, tennis courts, baseball fields, picnic areas and a play park.
